From the south shore:

Pont Champlain : Take theBonaventure autoroute and exit at Autoroute Ville-Marie. Take the Berri exit (turn left on Berri).

Pont Jacques-Cartier: Stay to the right when exiting the bridge. Turn right on boulevard René-Lévesque and keep going straight until you get to Berri.
From the north shore:

Take the Décarie autoroute heading south. At the junction, exit Décarie and go towards Centre-ville (Autoroute Ville-Marie). Take the Berri exit (turn left on Berri).
By metro:

Get off at the "BERRI-UQAM" station (exit towards rue Ste-Catherine). Go down Berri until you get to boulevard René-Lévesque.
