PROFESSIONAL SALES | DEP-900 HRS | Ministry Code 5821
The Professional Sales program aims to train students in the sales of products and/or services, to offer solutions that correspond to customers’ needs, to provide advice, establish a climate of trust and build customer loyalty by offering personalized service that meets customer expectations. In addition to consulting and sales-related tasks, sales consultants may also manage and display in-store merchandise and provide after-sales service.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Schedule: Mondays to Friday 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.,
- Aside from the standard schedule, there are also workshops/labs/theories/coaching sessions

- Online Format: As this program is mostly online, students will require their own computer to follow the program. It is essential that students have basic computer knowledge to be able to use the windows operating system and navigate the Internet.
