QUEBEC PERMANENT CODE: If you have studied in Quebec, your permanent code will appear on your transcript or report card from an educational institution recognized by the MEES (high school, CEGEP, university).

If this is your FIRST TIME studying in Quebec, your permanent code will be:

• 3 first letters of your Last Name (according to your official documents) 
• First letter of your First Name (according to your official documents)
• Day of birth (+ 62 if born in 2000 or later)
• Month of birth (+ 25) 
• Last two digits of your birth year
• Add 99 (numbers that will be changed for the government)
