Description

Training Program details:

• • 705 hours of full-time training, 5 nights a week (3:00-9:30) over 24 weeks.
  • Bursary available if students meet the eligibility criteria - program starting August 19, 2024 (STC-4766).
  • $750 per week, paid, during training (entry-level construction salary).
  • Admission will be based on all the obligatory documents being uploaded and having the required prerequisites for the program. A letter of intent (motivation letter) explaining why you want this program to further your career, will also be required.
  • Only complete applications will be processed.
  • As of July 1, 2024, must not have attended school for at least twelve months *(including secondary school, vocational training, college, CEGEP, university).

Applicants must be permanent residents or Canadian citizens (who reside in Quebec). Unfortunately, this training is not available to asylum seekers, refugees and international students.

Admission Conditions and Prerequisites

 You are eligible for this program if you meet the following requirements:

Have successfully completed your Secondary IV language and mathematics courses

OR

Hold an Attestation of Equivalence of Secondary Studies

(AESS)

OR

Have passed the General Development Test (GDT) with specific pre-requisites ENG-3101-1 AND ENG-3102-2 (or old code : ENG-3070-3) (or 632-306 / 630-316).
