Training Program details:

705 hours of full-time training, 5 days a week (8:30 – 3:30) over 24 weeks.
LOCATION TO BE CONFIRMED
Bursary available if students meet the eligibility criteria - program starting September 16, 2024 (STC-4766).
$750 per week, paid, during training (entry-level construction salary).
You MUST provide: Your most recent transcript or report card (original or certified copy), 2 proof of Quebec residency (e.g. valid health insurance card, driver's license, etc.), Birth certificate issued by the Directeur de l'État civil, Your signed application form, A letter of intent (motivation letter) explaining why you want this program to further your career.
Applications accepted from July 2024 to September 2024.
Only complete applications will be processed.
As of July 1, 2024, must not have attended school for at least twelve months *(including secondary school, vocational training, college, CEGEP, university).

Applicants must be permanent residents or Canadian citizens (who reside in Quebec). Unfortunately, this training is not available to asylum seekers, refugees and international students.

Préalables requis

PREREQUISITES

Hold a high school diploma or its recognized equivalent or a higher education diploma, such as a college diploma or bachelor's degree.
or
Have obtained at least Secondary 4 credits in language of instruction, second language and mathematics
or
Have passed the general development test ( GDT) as well as the specific prerequisite(s) required*. Only those aged 18 or over may take the GDT.

AND

Have interrupted their studies for at least twelve months.
or
Have attended adult general education ("AGE") during this period.
