- Consider factors such as distance, traffic conditions, and fuel costs to optimize transportation routes.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers to ensure the smooth flow of goods.
- Perform tasks related to the different stages of the transport logistics process.
- Manage inventory levels effectively.

According to Randstad, major logistics companies are experiencing an increase in online sales, supply demands, and a growing preference for contactless deliveries. Having specialized skills will increase the salary of these workers.
Career Fields
Alumni will be able to work as Transportation Managers or Procurement Managers in varied environments:
- Customs brokerage offices,
- Freight forwarders,
- Commerce companies,
- Consumer product companies and manufacturers,
- Warehouses,
- Companies specialized in personal transportation and merchandise transportation,
- SMEs and national and international corporations.
Conditions d'admission et préalables
Exceptions to these admission criteria may be applied. Every application is reviewed by the College. To be eligible for acceptance into an ACS program, applicants are generally required to meet one of the following criteria:
- Have interrupted their full-time studies for at least two (2) consecutive semesters or one (1) full school year; or
- Have followed post-secondary studies for a period of at least one (1) year; or
- Have a Secondary School Diploma (DES) or a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS), and the program allows them to receive a technical training that is not available in a DCS program; or
- Have an equivalent education or an instruction deemed sufficient and meet the admission criteria set for college studies.
