This program includes a large amount of hands-on teaching, at the centre as well as in the industry. This is a great opportunity to learn in our restaurant with food prepared by the Professional Cooking Program.

Costs:

This program is tuition-free. The school collects $15 in material fees at registration. The additional fees consist of purchasing a uniform (which varies in cost, depending on selection), as well as modular workbooks.
