Document Submission:

Schooling Requirements:
- Educational Background: Secretarial Studies DVS/DEP
- Alternative Experience: 3–5 years of experience in an occupation related to the program of study.
Program Details:
- Next Class: April 30 to September 30, 2025 (Subject to change without notice).
- Duration: Approximately 4-5 months (29 weeks).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

- This program is recognized under the Québec Government's loans and bursary program for Student Financial Assistance.

Residency Documentation (Required):
All applicants must upload a valid Medicare card or Driver's License. Additional documents depend on your residency status:
- Born in Quebec: Long-form Birth Certificate.
- Born outside Quebec in Canada: Birth Certificate.
- Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen: Permanent Residency/Landing Paper or Citizenship Card/Paper AND Birth Certificate. CSQ is also required.
- Refugee Claimants: Valid CSQ and Birth Certificate (if unavailable, an alternative document can be provided).
