Schedule:

• Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday evening online from 5PM to 9PM
• Saturday in person from 9AM to 4PM at the Centre or a field trip location (1 hour lunch)

Program Goals

• The Professional Sales program gives you an edge in the world of retail sales.
• As a sales consultant, you can work in a retail establishment or work in e-commerce selling products such as beauty products, electronics, clothing, cars, or services like health and wellness, advertising, and content subscriptions. 
• During this program, you will:
• learn how to identify clients’ wants and needs, establish trust and build customer loyalty, provide personalized service, and exceed customer expectations.
• gain knowledge from industry experts on the topics of trend forecasting, social media marketing, visual merchandising, after-sales service, and more. 
• take part in retail visits, real world projects, and internships.
• practice your sales-related French vocabulary.

• All exams are done at the Centre.
• A computer with a webcam and mic is required for this course.
