Program Objectives

This program aims to simultaneously teach versatility and the mastering of a technical function. It allows for the student to actively participate in the development of the tourist industry while teaching them to adapt to different cultures, to evaluate a tourist location, in the development of tourist products and services as well as the promotion of these products and services. In choosing one of the three specializations, the students will acquire the necessary qualifications that will enable them to intervene accordingly whether it be in Hospitality and Tour-Guiding, Tourist Product Development, or in the Development and Promotion of Travel Products.

Total length of training includes general training that is common to all programs for 420 hours, general training for this program for 150 hours as well as complementary general training courses for 90 hours.


Duration of training consists of theory and lab work for courses; personal time that the student invests is excluded.

Conference and Event Planner

Tour guides welcome and guide tourist groups and host activities for entertainment. As part of their duties, they make preparations for visits (cultural information, itineraries, required material, etc.), coordinate transportation for people and their luggage and solve any logistical complications or problematic situations that may arise. It is a rewarding profession that suits people who are friendly and open-minded. A job as a tour guide also requires organizational skills, courtesy and an aptitude for learning foreign languages.
