Article 16 of College Education Regulations allows a college (public or private), if they are authorized to offer a program leading to a Diploma of College Studies (DCS), to establish and implement a program that leads to an Attestation of College Studies (ACS), in any area of training specific to a program of technical studies leading to a Diploma of College Studies.
Support for the development of programs of study is accessible through a financing measure established by the government. It is subject to budgetary rules issued by the Ministère de l'Éducation et de l'Enseignement supérieur (Annex S015).
The following, displayed under various themes and for the use of the network of public and private colleges, is presented for obtaining funding.
The Project Presentation Guide is a reference document available to public colleges and private government subsidized colleges that wish to develop a short term program of study that will lead to an Attestation of College Studies (ACS).
This guide is a useful tool that aims to help colleges apply the principles and concepts that are needed to develop an ACS. The guide presents mainly the objectives, conditions required for the presentation of a project, the elements to include and the products expected by the MEES.
In this section, we have made a list of all the Attestation of College Studies (ACS) programs that the Ministère de l'Éducation et de l'Enseignement supérieur (MEES) has subsidized since 1998-1999.
